We make every effort the meet family needs. For a small fee there are early drop-offs and late pickups (see enrollment form).
Children are dropped off in our upper circle for children entering Kindergarten and younger. The older campers use the lower circle. The East Woods staff will escort children safely from the car to our morning meeting area. In the event that your car has children of different ages/circles, we use the upper circle as a drop off and a counselor will walk the older camper(s) to their arrival station.
Campers bring their own lunch and swim towels. The camp provides snacks during the day.
Private swim instruction is available for a charge directly before or after camp.
There is a family orientation on a Saturday morning late in June to meet the staff and give children a summer orientation of the campus. We will email this information to parents around June 1.
All medical forms must be completed by your physician and returned for your child to attend camp.
