Morning Circle: At Camp East Woods it is important to create a strong sense of community. Each day at camp begins with opening circle, in which campers join together for morning announcements and song with Mr. Vinny. At this time we will also recognize any campers who may be celebrating their birthday!

*CWC* (Camp within a camp):
Wednesday afternoons our campers in upper camp will have a chance to explore deeper into several activity areas in which they may dedicate their afternoon to an area of camp they are most passionate about.
Elective-Based Program Offerings Include:
Builders Club (e.g. Model rockets, guitar building)
Team and individualized sport
Group Fitness (e.g. yoga, zumba)
Free swim/instructional swim (daily)
Junior Counselors will be given useful trainings throughout camp including: Junior Lifeguarding and Basic First Aid. They may take part in many of the activities of upper camp, along with “Top Chef,” Builders Club Apprenticeship (including constructing a guitar), Jewelry making, and more. The junior counselors are given leadership opportunities at camp to assist lead teachers and general counselors, while also being able to pursue their personal interests.
At the close of each day there will be afternoon lineup which includes a special treat for all campers! Campers will also be reminded of any upcoming activities/special programs at this time.
